PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

• Initial deposit:  A deposit of $400 per person is required to secure your booking. Travel insurance is available at the time of deposit (between $439 and $1,669) per person, depending on your cabin type (single occupancy will have a higher rate).
• Please note: To safeguard your investment, I strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance (details of the Travel insurance we offer, can be found under Information & Documents).
  Insurance costs may increase if you choose to include Pre-Tour or Post-Tour activities. While insurance is optional, we highly recommend it to protect yourself against unexpected circumstances.

PASSPORTS & VISAS:  US citizens do not need to apply for a visa before traveling to Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, and Prague, Czech Republic. You do need a passport valid for more than six months. Please ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport.
